The Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) brings together professionals across the insurance industry to support local communities. As Co-Founder and Chair of the Florida Chapter, Maggie helped build this organization from the ground up — developing its leadership, its programming, and its philanthropic impact across the state. Maggie also serves as Fundraising Chair for the Florida Chapter.

Pace Center for Girls provides a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environment for young women at risk of entering or returning to the juvenile justice system. Maggie serves on the Hillsborough board, committed to expanding opportunity and changing outcomes for the young women Pace serves. She also serves as Co-Chair of the Resource Committee.
